Barry
Ariko serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Extricity,
Inc. Barry has more than 30 years of senior executive-level experience
with industry-leading corporations, including Netscape Communications
Corp., Oracle Corp., and Tandem Computers, Inc. Before joining Extricity,
Barry was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at
Netscape. From 1994 to 1998, Barry served as Executive Vice President
and member of the Executive Management Committee at Oracle. In this
position, Barry headed Oracle's Americas operations. He was
responsible for global sales practices, and was credited with helping
the company achieve much of the growth in its Americas operation-
Oracle's largest business unit. During his tenure, the organization
grew into a multi-billion dollar operation. Prior to Oracle, Barry
served at Tandem Computers for 13 years in various executive management
roles.

Greg
Olsen is the cofounder and Chief Technology Officer of Extricity,
Inc. As Extricity's CTO, Greg provides the technical and
architectural vision behind Extricity's products. He ensures that
Extricity's business-to-business software solutions use the
best-available technologies, employ sound design principles, and that
the company continues to bring technological innovations to market.
Prior to joining Extricity, Greg served
as a technical manager at the Internet Commerce Division of Verifone
(formerly EIT). He led research investigations into the use of the
Internet to support collaborative manufacturing, procurement and
engineering design activities. In addition, while at Stanford
University, Greg conducted research focused on the computational support
for engineering collaboration and methods for information
representation.
Greg holds a Ph.D. degree in mechanical
engineering and a master's degree in computer science from Stanford
University, as well as MS and BS degrees in mechanical engineering from
the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Keith Deane serves as Vice President
and General Manager at Extricity Limited, covering Europe, the Middle
East and Africa. His role at Extricity is to build sales in those
regions and provide executive leadership for marketing, service and
support.
Keith joins Extricity from Information
Advantage where he established operations in 1996 and grew their
European business, which included offices in UK, Germany, France and
Holland. Prior to this he established and was Managing Director of
Powersoft, the leading provider of client server development tools. He
has also held general management positions in Europe with Pilot Software
and AICorp/Trinzic.

As
Vice President of Finance and CFO, Steve is responsible for all
financial operations at Extricity. Solid fiscal
management is an integral element of Extricity's continued growth and
success, and Steve's leadership in accounting, operations and human
resources is paramount.
Steve brings over 20 years of dedicated
experience in the financial and business operations arena. Prior to
joining Extricity, Albertolle drove worldwide financial responsibilities
for PeopleSoft in Pleasanton, CA. Previously, he held vice president and
senior management roles with OpenVision Technologies, Tandem Computers
and Ernst & Young.
Steve holds a BS in business
administration from Berkeley and is a Certified Public Accountant in the
state of California.

David Cope brings more than 20 years
experience in successfully building and establishing new and emerging
technology markets. As Vice President of Marketing and Business
Development at Extricity, David is responsible for the company's
worldwide marketing and business development organizations. In this
role, David develops and drives the company's overall strategic
marketing and competitive strategies and objectives. His role
encompasses product and field marketing as well as online marketing and
marketing communications. In addition, David oversees Extricity's
business development activities, including new market development,
solutions development with partners, marketing support, and strategic
investment analysis.
Prior to joining Extricity, David was the
Vice President of Marketing at Marimba, Inc., where he and his marketing
team received significant industry recognition for successfully creating
a highly visible new industry category for managing enterprise
applications over the Internet. Prior to Marimba, David was Vice
President of Marketing and Operations and General Manager of Datablade
Business Development at Illustra/Informix. He has also led the sales and
marketing organization serving as Worldwide Director of sales and
marketing for IBM's global Electronics Industry organization.
David holds a BS degree from San Jose
State University and attended Harvard Business School's Advanced
Management Program.

As
Vice President of Engineering, Laura Ferrell leads the team responsible
for conceptualizing, developing, and delivering the Extricity B2B suite
of products. She manages all aspects of the software development
process, from analysis and design through quality assurance and release.
Since joining the company, she has ensured the consistent, timely
delivery of multiple product releases and has successfully grown a
world-class engineering organization. In addition, Laura manages the
Internal Systems organization that provides the company with a robust
and sophisticated systems infrastructure.
Laura brings over 12 years of experience
in application software development and information systems management.
Before joining Extricity, she was a senior consultant to Sun
Microsystems, working on their global deployment of Oracle Applications.
While at Sun, she was a member of their system architecture committee,
managed the development of Oracle application extensions and was a lead
participant in business process reengineering projects. Previously,
Laura was the Director of Distribution Products in the Applications
Division at Oracle Corporation. During an extensive tenure at Oracle,
Laura built a strong management track record, holding a variety of
leadership roles in Management Information Systems and Applications
Division.

Vice President of Client Services, Rich Fitchen leads the consulting
team responsible for ensuring the success of the company's customers
using Extricity B2B. He manages all areas of client services,
including pre-sales consulting, delivery consulting, product training,
and technical support. The Extricity consulting force delivers solutions
in business-to-business relationship management that enable customers to
realize significant benefits throughout their value chain of partners,
suppliers, and distributors. Since joining the company, Rich developed
the Extricity Value Assessment, a focused consulting services package
that prescribes cost-effective solutions attainable through Extricity
B2B and provides an executive-level roadmap to catalyze strategic value.
Rich brings 10 years of experience in
consulting and project management, working with clients across a range
of industries. Before joining Extricity, Rich was Director of
Consulting at CAP Gemini where he led large-scale ERP implementations
and developed the company's ERP implementation methodology. Rich
worked with leading global companies to re-engineer their businesses
using information technology solutions. During his tenure at
Gemini Consulting, he served as an international consultant which included
engagements throughout North America, Eastern Europe and Asia.
Rich holds a BS degree in engineering
from University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from University of
Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Jim Lochry is a integral force behind
Extricity's on-going leadership in B2B relationship management. Jim
leads a dedicated sales team in the successful growth of Extricity's
customer base in the United States and throughout the world.
Jim brings over 15 years of proven sales
experience to our team. Before joining Extricity Software, his most
noted work was as the Vice President of Worldwide Sales for the Versant
Corporation. Under his guidance and leadership, Versant grew from a $9
million-dollar to a $30 million-dollar organization. Jim also played an
instrumental role in turning Versant from a private company into a
thriving, publicly held company. Previous to this work, he was the Vice
President of North American Sales at n-Cube Corporation. Combined with
his experience as a Regional Sales Director at Oracle, he brings with
him a wealth of knowledge and acumen.
Jim holds a BA degree from Southern
Methodist University and an MBA from the University of Detroit.

Vice President of Strategic Alliances, Mark is responsible for driving
key partner relationships at Extricity. Partners can and do
significantly contribute to Extricity's B2B relationship management
solutions by providing vision and support to our designs, developments,
industry templates, value assessments, sales and implementation
offerings. Mark brings to Extricity a deep background of successful
experience in developing key alliances in these areas.
Mark has over 19 years of sales,
marketing, business development and strategic partnership experience.
Before joining Extricity he held senior management positions at Oracle
in their Global Alliance organization. Previously, he held sales,
marketing and partner relations management roles at Citrix Systems,
Novell and Prime Computer.
He holds a BS degree in Marketing and
Management from Babson College in Wellesley, MA.
