Responsibilities:
Preparation, negotiation, and review of legal agreements such as
nondisclosure agreements, license agreements, sales agreements
and independent contractor agreements.
Requirements:
- Excellent writing skills,
analytical abilities, and communication skills. Candidate
will respond to inquiries regarding contractual obligations.
Explain legal policies and procedures to employees, and
provide administration follow-up to ensure timely execution
of contract documents. Candidate will be independent,
self-motivated and able to work well in a fast paced
environment.
- Candidate will also provide
support counsel, including maintaining patent databases and
files, coordinating the execution of legal documents by
inventors, and facilitating the patent application process.
- Education/background: College
degree required. Paralegal certificate preferred. Two to
four years paralegal experience in law firm or corporate
legal department required.

Job Description:
The Investor Relations Analyst, reporting to the CFO, is
responsible for all aspects of the investor relations activity
including maintaining relationships with a number of analysts,
providing news and updates, providing competitive financial
analysis to the executive team, following research reports and
excerpting them for management, following stock trading activity
and analyst expectations. A key area of responsibility includes
managing the Investor Relations sections of the Company's
external website.
Other duties include assisting
the CFO with the following:
- Hosting analyst visits ·
Maintaining corporate presentations
- Scheduling and attending
investor conferences
- Working with internal Finance
staff and operating managers to prepare quarterly fact and
FAQ books for analyst calls
- Scheduling and handling
logistics for quarterly analyst calls
- Working with First Call,
Beacon Hill and other on-line services to create
daily/weekly activity reports and assist in developing
programs to manage investor expectations

Experience:

- MBA from top school preferred

Job Description:
Reporting to the VP of Worldwide Sales, the Sales Operations
Controller is primarily responsible for forecasting, budgeting,
reporting, financial analysis, financial modeling and incentive
compensation planning for the Company's Worldwide Sales
Operations.
Specific duties include the
following:
- Developing and maintaining the
sales forecast (bookings and GAAP revenue).
- Developing the Sales
Operations budget for the Company's internal operating plan
and monitoring & analyzing costs.
- Providing customer deals
analysis for the sales force.
- Providing guidance to sales
force on contract terms & pricing to eliminate GAAP
revenue recognition and cash flow issues. Coordinating with
Finance with Legal as needed.
- Establish business practices
to expedite the sales process while ensuring compliance with
Sales Operations, Finance and Legal requirements.
- Developing sales incentive
compensation models and administration of plans.
- Educating the sales force
about incentive compensation.
- Continuous improvements in
sales incentive compensation administration.
- Developing a reporting package
for monthly, quarterly and annual reports for executive
management including trends and key metrics for evaluating
performance of the Sales Operations.
- Developing tracking tools for
evaluating volume and profitability performance by market,
region, customer, product, etc.
- Competitor analysis as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with the
Company's travel & entertainment policy and monitoring
costs.
Experience:
- 5 - 7 years experience in
sales support & analysis areas including forecasting,
budgeting, reporting, analysis and compensation planning.
- Must be highly conversant with
management reporting concepts as well as software revenue
recognition for GAAP accounting purposes.
- Software and/or computer
industry experience.
- Advanced level Excel,
Powerpoint & Word skills.
- Experience in a high growth,
dynamic environment preferred.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in finance,
accounting and/or business required.
- MBA/CPA preferred.
