Extricity takes care of its people with generous healthcare benefits, a 401(k) savings plan, insurance and vacation and holiday time off.

• Healthcare
  For regular full-time employees, Extricity pays 100% of employee medical, dental and vision insurance premiums and 60% of dependent premiums.
• Medical
  Extricity offers Employees full medical coverage and has a range of options from an HMO to a PPO to reduce out of pocket expenses.
• Dental
  Employees can choose any dental provider, or reduce out of pocket costs by choosing a Dental Maintenance Organization (DMO) Provider.
• Vision Plan 
  Employees can choose any vision care provider, or reduce out of pocket costs by choosing a vision plan member doctor.
• 401(k) Savings Plan
  To help employees with their future, Extricity offers a 401(k) Plan, a convenient, tax-advantaged retirement savings plan. The 401(k) Plan allows an employee to save between 1% and 15% of their pre-tax income through payroll deductions. The maximum amount an employee may contribute is $10,000 a year.
• Insurance
  Extricity provides a term life insurance policy valued at two times your annual salary as well as group long and short term disability insurance. 
• Vacations and Holidays
  Vacations:
  Employees accrue paid vacation days based on their length of service, according to the schedule below.
