For regular full-time employees, Extricity pays 100% of employee medical, dental and vision insurance premiums and 60% of dependent premiums.

Employees can choose any dental provider, or reduce out of pocket costs by choosing a Dental Maintenance Organization (DMO) Provider.

401(k) Savings Plan
To help employees with their future, Extricity offers a 401(k) Plan, a convenient, tax-advantaged retirement savings plan. The 401(k) Plan allows an employee to save between 1% and 15% of their pre-tax income through payroll deductions. The maximum amount an employee may contribute is $10,000 a year.
