Acts as a liaison between IT departments and
business users, to provide assistance in defining business
process, business requirements, and training with business
partner areas.

Experience in system development for
business applications/software.

Develop/implement business solutions and
other 3rd party Web-based applications.

Lead in all phases of the system
implementation lifecycle (Analysis/requirements; design;
testing; and conversion).

Assume technical and/or people leadership
responsibilities for projects/enhancements

Represent IT on planning committees. Provide
feasibility direction to these committees

Develop knowledge of business processes
occurring in the functional areas.

Fulfill administrative reporting
requirements including project status reporting.

Document systems and maintain documentation
in accordance with IT standards.

Facilitate vendor evaluation sessions

Strong communication, presentation and
facilitation skills: must have ability to lead meetings
among diverse groups across functional lines

Excellent verbal and written communications.

Ability to quickly learn and understand
various business areas/processes and analyze opportunities

Independently manage multiple technical
projects.

Must work well in a deadline driven
environment.

Project management experience.

Basic financial management skills, including
budget creation and tracking.

Staff or Team management experience is a
plus.

Experience in Web system development is a

Good understanding of system development
methodologies

Bachelor Degree from an accredited college,
or equivalent experience, preferably with an emphasis on
courses related to management information systems.

Knowledge in NT Server, IIS, SQL Server, SQL
is a plus but not necessary
