As Manager of Partner Programs you will be responsible for proactively managing various marketing programs with our OEM, reseller, system integrator and technology partners. Your number one goal will be to find ways to build mind-share and generate leads both within partner organizations and with end customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Working with various members of partner management and marketing teams to plan opportunities and programs

• Working with marketing and sales organizations to execute these programs

• Opportunities include PR, advertising, executive breakfast seminars, tradeshows, roadshows, newsletters, webcasts etc.

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience with breadth of experience managing various aspects of business to business marketing programs

• Experience with some aspects of partner marketing

• Experience with executive level sales process

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with dynamic cross-functional group

Job Description:
As Manager of Partner knowledge you will be responsible for leveraging all aspects of internal knowledge for distribution to our partners. Your number one goal will be to find effective and scalable ways to transfer internal knowledge and content to our OEM, reseller, system integrator and technology partners.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying, collecting and leveraging knowledge from all functional areas of the organization (pre-sales, sales, engineering, product management, services and training etc..)

• Finding creative ways to capture in-house events and knowledge that would benefit our partners

• Working with partner management team to identify and prioritize content needed by each partner

• Populating and managing partner web-page content

• Capturing web-casts and presentations for multi-media playback on the partner web page

• Creating content for sales-kits and other hardcopy materials for distribution to partners

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience with various aspects of business-to-business software sales and marketing

• 5+ years experience with various aspects of business-to-business software sales and marketing to sort through a large amounts of material from a variety of sources and "net out" key content

• Working with partner management team to identify and prioritize content needed by each partner

• Ability to work with dynamic and cross functional teams

• Intranet, portal, or web "knowledge garden" management experience a plus

• Experience or exposure to other functional areas of software company a plus
