Job Description/Qualifications:In this position, you'll work closely with Sales Executives and potential customers to match those customers' requirements with Extricity B2B, Extricity's flagship application for business-to-business relationship management. You'll be responsible for examining a prospect's supply chain and identifying value that the prospect can realize through an Alliance purchase and implementation. You will accomplish this via a deliverable based, short-term consulting engagement and software demonstration.

Requirements:
A successful candidate will have 7-10 years experience in business consulting, software sales, or software implementation. A bachelors degree is required and an MBA is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both written and oral is required as is the willingness for regional travel.

Job Functions split into four main areas:

  • Technical Help Desk: Perform similar functions as technical support role for the field SC's. Recommended Experience:

Position: Sales Coordinator

Job Functions:
Coordination of Corporate Visits: Responsible for the coordination and execution of corporate visits in terms of scheduling dates, rooms, food, equipment, and presenters. This involves driving a consistent process to collect relevant information before and after corporate visits and then disseminating this information to appropriate parties. This process should significantly enhance the prospect/customer’s relationship with Extricity by allowing them to get first-hand experience of our culture, our people, our products, and our strategic direction.

  • Reference Account Program: Responsible for collecting reference information from sales representatives on customers and then inputting that information into the reference account database. Also responsible for collecting status information from Client Services on a post-implementation basis in regards to reference-ability and then inputting that information into the reference account database.

  • Coordination of Sales/Presales Education: Responsible for the coordination of ongoing training classes including scheduling, tracking students, coordinating instructors, rooms, materials, and other required items to ensure the classes are delivered in a timely, professional manner.

  • Presales Administration: Provide administrative support for the Presales organization under the direction of the VP of Presales. This will include development of presentations, internal and external correspondence, and the development of various tracking databases, including the reference account database.

  • Understanding of Supply Chain fundamentals and critical processes and elements like cycle times, subcontract manufacturing, Configure-to-Order (CTO) and Build-to-Order (BTO), Demand Forecasting, etc.

Recommended Skill Set:
